Nada Yoga: Realign your Chakras with the soothing vibrations of sound, tone, and resonance. Nada translates to "sound" in Sanskrit, making this practice a "union through sound."
Nidra Yoga: Drift into a deep state of relaxation and peace, allowing the serene sounds to guide you on a restful journey.
Sound Bath: No physical activity is requiredājust pure relaxation.
