Unwind to beautiful sounds of a full spectrum of Crystal Singing bowls, a Symphomic Gong and other intentionally used international musical instruments. Nada Yoga is known to re-align your energy wheels known as Chakras. Relax and experience Yoga Nada, which in, “Sanskrit Nada translates as sound, tone, or vibration, so Nada Yoga means “union through sound,” or the “yoga of sound.” Be completely relaxed and find yourself drifting into a deep state of Nidra Yoga and let the peacefulness of sound carry through your journey.
Sound Baths require no physical activity just relaxation and unwind.
Wear comfortable clothing; Bring your favorite blankets a yoga mat anything that will make you completely comfortable and warm.
