Experience absolute and complete relaxation during this unity of Nada Yoga and Nidra Yoga—sound yoga and sleep yoga. Unwind to the beautiful sounds of a full spectrum of Crystal Singing Bowls, a Symphonic Gong, and other intentionally used international musical instruments.
Nada Yoga aids in the release of stagnant energy and re-aligns your energy wheels known as Chakras. The Sanskrit term "Nada" translates to sound, tone, or vibration, thus Nada Yoga means “union through sound,” or the “yoga of sound.” You will drift into a deep state of Nidra Yoga, carried by the peacefulness of sound.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing
Your favorite blankets, pillows, and yoga mat
Anything that will allow you to be comfortable as you will be laying down for an hour of complete relaxation
