What to Expect:
In a peaceful, dimly lit room, participants will be invited to lie down on yoga mats with blankets and pillows for comfort. You’ll be guided into a state of relaxation, closing your eyes and allowing the vibrations to wash over you. The sound waves will work on your physical, mental, and spiritual levels, clearing away tension and restoring balance.
For those who are unable to lay down on the floor, we’re happy to discuss alternative seating arrangements to ensure everyone can participate fully.
