From the moment you arrive, soft music hums in the background as our complimentary Relaxation Station invites you to lay it all down, featuring an essential oil bar, soothing herbal tea, and absolutely dreamy scalp massages to help you unwind before the sound bath even begins.

Once you’ve settled into your plush luxury mattress and gotten deliciously cozy, we’ll guide you through a short breathwork and meditation to gently drop you out of your head and into full relaxation mode.

Then, locally loved sound healer Lisa Fischer and cellist Jasmine James will take you on a deeply nourishing sound journey where rich cello melodies and healing sound bowls gently ripple through your body, stress dissolves, and suddenly… you remember what it feels like to actually relax.
