About this Event
Join Melissa for a heart opening Sound Bath and Cacao ceremony.
Melissa will guide you through a cacao ceremony to the gentle sounds of Tibetan bowls and chimes.
After sipping on your cacao, you will be invited to lie down and relax into an immersive soundscape, bathing in the soothing frequencies of voice, crystal bowls, synths, flutes and chimes.
Melissa will use a combination of instruments to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves associated with meditative, relaxed and peaceful states of mind. You will go on a journey that leaves you feeling lighter, brighter and like a large weight has been lifted from your shoulders.
After the Sound Bath you are welcome to stay and connect with other like-minded people if you would like to. Some of you may feel more introspective and prefer to head home and rest.
Do whatever feels best to you.
We will close the space at 7.30pm.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable as we are unable to let anyone in after the ceremony has started.
Timings:
5pm - 5.30pm Opening meditation and Cacao ceremony
5.30 - 6.30pm Sound Bath
6.30 - 7.30pm Stay in the space, chat and connect (optional)

Melissa is a Sound Healer, Life Coach, Lawyer, Tantric Practitioner & Psychedelic Retreat Facilitator who offers one-on-one coaching and hosts workshops and retreats for Healing, Sexual Mastery and Psychedelic Transformation.
