I am delighted to be able to share the relaxing and healing sounds of the Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls and other percussion instruments with you, in the beautiful village of Bembridge at their lovely Village Hall.ABOUT ME
I am a fully qualified ‘Sound Healing, Sound Bowl Practitioner’. I carried out my training through the highly respected ‘College of Sound Healing’ and I am fully insured.
I am also a Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner, with a level 3 qualification in Anatomy & Physiology and a first aid certificate, so you can be assured you are in safe hands with me.
THE SOUND BATH
Once you’re in a comfortable position, I will talk you through relaxation and breathing techniques to help to calm your mind and relax your body. This will help to optimise your body’s ability to absorb the healing frequencies.
I will then play the Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, along with other percussion instruments for around 45 minutes. During this time you may feel yourself drifting into a deep meditation, some people may fall into a light sleep.
Everyone’s experience will be different and each person may have a different experience at each sound bath, with different levels of relaxation.
At the end of the session I will leave a period of around 5 to 10 minutes silence, this will help the sounds to settle. Once the silent period has ended, I will slowly talk you back into the room and give you a safe space to share your experience and ask any questions. I will also offer complimentary herbal tea after the session.

Sound healing is not suitable for the following conditions:

Sound Healing may also not be suitable if you have:
