As we approach the Thanksgiving season, join us for a restorative experience centered on reflection and gratitude. This time of year invites us to slow down and appreciate the simple gifts in life—the warmth of home, the comfort of good food, and the presence of loved ones.During this gentle practice, you’ll be guided to release daily stresses and create space for your mind and heart to reset. Together, we’ll pause, reflect, and give thanks. Let this be a moment to connect inward and consider: What are you truly grateful for?
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a relaxing experience where you’re surrounded by soothing sounds and vibrations created by instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, or gongs. You simply lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds wash over you, creating a feeling of deep calm and rest.
The vibrations help quiet the mind and release tension in the body. Many people describe it as a form of meditation or energetic reset that helps them feel grounded, peaceful, and balanced. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it—just an invitation to relax, listen, and let the sound support your healing and well-being.
