Attending a sound bath aids in balancing your mind body and spirit. This meditative practice is your time to relax unwind and release tension. Jade Heart sound baths are conducted using quartz crystal singing bowls aligned to our bodies' energy centers.
I'll guide you through a moment of internal connection and intention setting before the guided meditation and sound bath. During the sound bath participants lie down comfortably allowing the sounds and vibrations to quiet the mind and promote healing from the inside out. The REC provides a yoga mat yoga blanket and bolster for your comfort and convenience. Wear comfortable clothes and kick off your shoes - all you have to do is receive the good vibes!
I will also have my handmade Reiki-infused essential oil and crystal products available for purchase at every sound bath.
