Relax on your Sunday evening by soaking in beautiful healing sounds to calm the mind, relax the body, and connect with Spirit.Sound Baths for Deep Relaxation at The Jubilee Community Centre, The Firs, Bowdon, Altrincham, WA14 2TQ.
Cost: £12 per person (plus booking fee if booking via Eventbrite). If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer to avoid the booking fee, please email me at [email protected] and I will provide you with payment details.
What you need to bring: A yoga mat, a pillow, and a blanket, or a sleeping bag (as you will be lying down for the duration of the session). You may also wish to bring a bottle of water. Please ensure that you are well-hydrated and that you do not have a full stomach.
Commencing with a short guided meditation, followed by a sound bath featuring the healing sounds from handmade Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi wind chimes, rainstick, and other sacred sound instruments.
Please note that these sound baths at The Jubilee Community Centre will all feature the use of slowly swirling ‘nebula’ light projections on the ceiling to make for a more immersive experience in sound and light. As such, if you are photosensitive, please consider bringing a blindfold to wear.

I do not offer refunds. If you find that you cannot attend you can transfer your booking to a friend or transfer your booking to the next sound bath I am running at this venue (Sunday 8th December 2024).
Contraindications: Please note that sound baths are unsuitable for:
• Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy. (If you are in the second or third trimester, it is safe to attend sound baths, but please let me know.)
• Anyone with a pacemaker, stent, mechanical shunt, or any other metal implants in your body (with the exception of tooth fillings).
• Anyone with a sound-sensitive condition (such as sound-triggered epilepsy).
• Children under the age of 10 years.
