A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound and vibration to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes, to nurture your body and mind. The sound allows us to enter a deeply relaxed, meditative, dreamlike state. In this state our parasympathetic nervous system is activated, and our bodies and minds can experience healing.In our cosy studio, Lucas uses instruments to fill the room with sound, aligning each person’s vibrations to promote a deeper connection and a calming, meditative state. This ancient practice supports physical and mental well-being. The session includes meditation, breathwork, and a safe space to share experiences. Lucas intuitively customises each session to meet the group’s needs.
