✨ What to Expect
Held at Lotus Professional College, 8935 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA, this immersive session invites you to lie down, relax, and be enveloped in the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. Whether you're new to sound healing or returning to the practice, this space welcomes you with care.

· Yoga mat
· Pillow & blanket for comfort
· Water container (optional)
· Comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax
We encourage participants to lie down and allow the sound to gently guide you into a meditative state. No other items are needed—just your presence.
⏰ PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY
Doors will close promptly at the start of the session to honor the quiet and minimize disruption. Late entry will not be permitted once the sound bath begins.
