Sound Bath at Hinckston Run Farm

Join us for a 60-minute Sound Bath is the perfect end of week retreat. This class offers a blend of restorative yoga poses, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of a sound bath. What makes this event truly exceptional is the collaboration of multiple sound healers, including Liz of Vibrant Zen, and the talented Carissa, who will contribute her expertise to create a profoundly immersive and healing atmosphere.
Attire: There are no strenuous yoga poses during this session, so please dress comfortably. We recommend wearing warm clothing as your body temperature might drop a few degrees in stillness. The barn is fully heated and enclosed.
Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to ensure you have time to get settled in and comfortable.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow/Squishmallows
• Blanket
• Water bottle
• Eye mask or small towel to cover your eyes (optional for a deeper meditation experience)
