Hi my name is Laura and I am a Music Therapist and Sound Healer and I have been practicing healing through the powerful energies of music for a number of years.I have a Masters in music therapy, diplomas in Sound Healing, meditation teaching and am a professional musician. Through the use of the healing frequencies of singing bowls and percussion instruments I hold Sound Baths for individuals and groups. These sessions are warm and cosy sensory experiences. Whilst you lie in a meditative state feel the vibrations wash over you from the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and water sounds created on percussive instruments.
Please join me for a session to enliven the senses and feel vibrational healing through every cell of your body.
£12.50 45 minute session.
*Please note that this space is upstairs when we have a large class and this is only accessible by the staircase*
