Full Moon Sound Bath – A Deeply Restorative Experience

Join Laura from Sound Healing Hearts for a deeply immersive Sound Bath as we prepare to welcome the energy of the Full Moon. Just before the moon reaches its peak we’ll gather in a serene space to relax release and realign through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls drums chimes and other resonant instruments.

This session is designed to calm the nervous system balance energy and open space for inner clarity and renewal. This is the perfect time before the Full Moon to set intentions let go of what i no longer serving you and embrace a sense of peace.

- A soothing vibrational sound bath using various sound healing instruments
- Time for quiet reflection and integration
