Join us for a grounding Sound Bath experience where you immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibrations. The hour long session is designed to promote deep relaxation and mindfulness. Guided by Dalia Fernandez, a skilled facilitator using multiple instruments including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls to create a serene soundscape.
· Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a yoga mat or blanket.
· Doors close at 7:30. Please arrive 10 minutes before to ensure a prompt and peaceful beginning.
