A Sound Bath is an immersive, calming atmosphere designed to create a meditative experience. It can enhance wellbeing in body and mind by promoting relaxation, stress reduction and mental clarity. Our Amavi Farm Sound Baths use therapeutic grade singing bowls, rainstick, tongue drum, chimes and gongs to envelope you in a smooth, gentle sound. Our training is trauma informed and gentle, designed to sooth and open the senses to ensure your experience is complete and offered in a safe manner.
