We invite you to join us for a Sound Bath & Yoga Offering centered on the theme of grief and loss. This offering will provide you with a space for healing and reflection through gentle movement, breathwork, and sound.

🕒 Time: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
🏠 Location: Burritt’s Rapids Community Hall
During this session, Diana Steadman and Falen Reid, will guide you through gentle yoga, journaling, and a sound bath experience that uses soothing rain and drum sounds for deep relaxation. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in a sharing circle for support and reflection.
This event is free of charge, but donations are appreciated.
