Angelica will be utilizing Himalayan bowls, 432hz Crystal Bowls, Buffalo Drums, Rattles/Shakers, Chau & Wind Gongs, and other instruments to create a journey with Sound. Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing are both practices that allow us to dive deeper into our bodies and allow deep mindful rest! Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that involves a combination of mental imagery and the posture called Savasana or “corpse pose”. It’s known as yogic sleep or effortless relaxation.

The goal of Yoga Nidra is to achieve a deep state of relation while remaining aware of your surroundings. It's said to help with stress management, help with sleep imbalances, and many other benefits.

A sound bath is a full-body immersive experience with sound, frequency, and vibration. A trained practitioner will create a relaxing space while utilizing ancient and new age instruments to allow the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system allowing you to rest and digest.

Angelica is consistently learning new ways to nourish the mind, body, and spirit day by day. "Becoming a Sound Practitioner was nowhere near my radar of profession, I would say Sound found me. I had a gong play near my head at a group sound bath and a voice came through saying “Come learn me” I sat up and asked Spirit if that was a message for me..do it again. Sure enough, the call to learn Sound was profound. A month or so later I went to Spirit Fest here in Jacksonville, I eventually ran into who now is one of my mentors we chatted and everything was full synchronicity down to my training. Since that training, I’ve completed multiple trainings to deepen my knowledge of Sound Healing and Sound Therapy. It’s been truly an honor to facilitate sound as an alternative therapy. This practice has changed me in more ways than one."
