Peyton's Sound Bath & Reiki is a transformative Sound Ceremony and Reiki session designed to promote peace and relaxation. As a Yoga Alliance Certified Sound Ceremony Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner, Peyton provides a nurturing environment that honors the wisdom of her mentors. Upon arrival, participants are welcomed with an optional saging to energetically clear the mind and body. The session begins with intention setting, where individuals can establish personal goals, followed by calming breath work to center the mind and body.

Peyton was a finalist in Best of DC's Best Yoga Instructors.
