Join us for an immersive & uplifting afternoon of sound & energy, bathing in the healing vibrations of powerful instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls, hand pan, harp, shamanic thunder drums and more played by Laurel Ziemienski of Ananda Healing Arts while Leslie Coshun of Infinity Reiki Healing & Tammi Kapitanski of Remedy Within offer each guest a mini individual reiki session to help guests go deeper into the experience and facilitate mental, emotional and spiritual healing.
This amplified experience will help to activate the body's natural healing system. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, renewed and physically and mentally aligned.
What to know:
Our studio offers aerial yoga which means we have a limited supply of silk hammocks our guests can lie in during the sound bath! Arrive early to snag your swing! (Please note: jeans and jewelry are not allowed in the hammocks as they can rip the fabric)

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Doors open at 1:45pm
➡️ Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. Chairs will be provided. Please dress comfortably. THE FLOOR IS HARDWOOD, CONSIDER BRINGING EXTRA BLANKETS/MATS FOR CUSHIONING AND ADDED COMFORT. Our location has a few extra blankets, bolsters and a few yoga mats available for our use!
We are not responsible for any health incidences that may occur before, during or after this event. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF ANY KIND.
