Come relax & unwind during this restorative workshop where we combine the grounding elements of sound healing with reiki. Relax in a restorative posture while Becca leads the group through a grounding meditation, and then moves into a sound bath using crystal bowls and other instruments to layer sounds. During the sound bath, Whitney, a certified Reiki practitioner, will go around and perform Reiki individually. There will be time for reflection and questions afterwards.
