Part 1: Returning to Harmony: A Sacred Rebozo Ceremony (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM) - Women Only
Embark on an inward journey to reclaim your inherent wholeness and peace. This sacred gathering, drawing inspiration from the closing the bones tradition and other healing practices, invites you to experience a profound reconnection with your spirit. This portion of the event is for women only.
Through the gentle art of rebozo wrapping and rocking, we'll create a nurturing, womb-like sanctuary where you can release what no longer serves you and call back fragmented energies. Rhythmic movement and tender holds will guide you towards embodying inner harmony, allowing you to experience the deep integration of your soul.
The unwrapping becomes a symbolic rebirth, a shedding of old layers, and a welcoming of profound freedom. Within this sacred circle, we will weave a tapestry of shared intention, fostering a space for deep relaxation, spiritual connection, and the embodiment of your true essence.
Part 2: Harmonising Sound Bath & Breath (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
Following the rebozo ceremony, immerse yourself in a harmonising sound bath. Experience the healing frequencies of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, rain stick, chimes, and soul voice, combined with gentle breathwork and the support of essential oils. This portion of the event aims to release tension, calm the nervous system, and prepare you for a journey of deep integration.
