Event is co-hosted by Dr. Devorah Walder, L.Ac, the clinical director of Spectrum Acupuncture & Wellness and by Becki Holt Portis of Prana Pulse Yoga.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket & pillow and your open heart. We will lead you in meditation, intention setting and sound bath, All participants will get 24k gold acupressure ear seeds to further support your clarity.
