A Guided Sound Healing Experience for Nervous System Relaxation

Join us for a calming Sunday sound bath in Vancouver, designed to gently reset the nervous system and help you unwind from the week without emotional intensity or effort.

This 75-minute sound healing experience uses intentional sound, rhythm, and silence to support deep relaxation, mental clarity, and embodied calm. There is nothing to do, no sharing, and no pressure to release. You are simply invited to lie down and receive.

This session is especially supportive for beginners, overthinkers, and those with sensitive or burnt-out nervous systems.
