Join me for The Gratitude Frequency, a restorative sound healing and meditation experience designed to help you return to presence — with yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT:
Guided Meditation (10 minutes)
We’ll begin with a centering meditation that invites you to ground, breathe deeply, and connect to appreciation — for your body, your breath, and your being.
Sound Journey (60 minutes)
Immerse yourself in the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other instruments that gently realign your energy with the frequency of gratitude. Let each vibration soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, and open your heart to peace and thankfulness.
Water Blessing Ritual
Each participant will receive a small piece of dissolving paper and be invited to write a word, name, or moment they’re grateful for. Together, we’ll offer our written blessings into a shared bowl of water — watching them dissolve back into flow. The water will later be returned to the earth, carrying our collective gratitude into the world.
