No prior meditation experience is required – simply bring an open heart and a willingness to embrace the healing power of sound.
Please note that sound healing is not recommended for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with a pacemaker or other heart rate abnormalities, or people with sound-induced epilepsy or cochlear implants By booking, you confirm that none of these apply to you.
All mats, blankets, bolsters, eye masks will be provided but feel free to bring more..
Wear comfortable clothes or even PJS...
Bring a bottle of water..
