You won’t be riding,instead, they’ll be with us, offering their calm awareness as co-regulators in your healing.
Led by Nicole and Jenn, this offering is designed to support nervous system rest, inner clarity, and emotional ease. No experience with horses or meditation is needed—just a willingness to slow down and be supported.
