Heal inside and out at this restorative event. Start with a sound bath in our natural woodland area led by Lucas Kirschman of Nirvana State who will lead you to another place with an assortment of curated tones. A mixture of roasted nuts will absorb the sound waves with you, and afterwards you will taste the nuts to complete your transformation. You will then harvest your own selection of herbs from our garden and brew a unique tea to complete the process. Linger in the garden for as long as you please sipping your tea among nature.Bring a mat or towel to lay on during the sound bath. This portion will take place on the ground under our tree canopy.
Donations are accepted and proceeds support educational events at the garden.
