Join me Thursday February 26th from 7 – 8 PM for a deeply restorative evening that begins with a guided visualization designed to help you release heavy energies, ground into the present moment, and align with the higher frequencies flowing through us at this time. As I guide you through this journey, I will weave in the tones of high-vibration instruments to support your clearing and alignment.Following the visualization, you will be immersed in a healing sound bath with the soothing resonance of Crystal Singing Bowls and other high vibrational instruments. Allow the waves of sound to wash over you, bringing balance, peace, and renewal for your mind, body, and spirit.
Note: The session is an hour long. If lying on a mat this long causes you discomfort, we also offer chairs or a meditation cushion for a seated experience. Comfort is key.
* Fee is $20 per person. (paid at the door)
* Space is limited to 6 people per event.
* We will provide folding mats, cushions or chairs.
* Bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
