Soun Bath & Cold Moon Cacao Ceremony 🎶 🧘♀️ 🦋
We will start with a heart warning Cacao ceremony were we let go of what no longer serves us and set new intentions the we will Embark on soulful healing journey were we surrender to the sounds as you are guided on a journey of transformation with a beautiful blend of Tibetan and Crystal singing Bowles And other earthly sounds. Be immersed as I guide you into a meditation to bring the body into balance in peace, allowing yourself to become relaxed and stress free releasing all tension as you listen to the healing sounds. The sounds resonate at 432hertz which is classed as the miracle sound vibration. This sound stimulates the alpha brainwave state and sometimes even the theta brainwave Soothing mind body and soul ,relaxing that mental chitchat. Allowing peace and Tranquility.

We suggest you bring a yoga mat pillow and blanket to get extra cosy if you wish.

Snuggle in a blanket as you are guided into a meditation creating inner calmness and relaxation a journey of transformation which you will then immerse into a variety of healing instruments during this Sound Bath. You may enter a deep level of consciousness where creativity and positivity come to life allowing greater awareness. This is a powerful method of letting go.
