Sound Bath and Breathwork Healing Event Every Wednesday Night

We’re raising our vibes to allow the amazing powers of manifestation to flow through us. The instruments used help to:

• lower blood pressure

• induce deep relaxation• unblock emotions• relieve physical pain• rejuvenate• relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia• and activate higher states of consciousness

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillows, crystals, water, and anything else to create a comfortable laying down experience.

Our Sound Bath artists are amazing certified Sound Healers, Breathwork Facilitator offering weekly soundbaths, sound healing, and vibrational sound therapy to revitalize the mind, body, and spirit. The Yoga NoHo Center offers daily far infrared hot yoga and traditional non-heated classes including Kundalini, and our weekly Sound Baths, workshops, teacher training and international retreats to nurture one's mind body and soul.

The instruments are ancient modalities – Crystal singing bowls, gong, Tibetan bowls, sounds of natures, coupled with a deep understanding of holistic healing and breath work. We encourage those who attend to be comfortable with blankets and pillows, and create a cozy environment to relax and let go. Come join us as we take you through a truly immersive journey.

Please be on time as we will lock the doors right at 7:30 as to not distract the students who are starting the session. It is best to arrive early as to really prepare for this amazing session.

Due to limited space there are no refunds and please know there is always a lot of extra parking on Chandler Blvd (one block north of the studio). We do have limited spaces in our building. You would enter on Weddingtion, pull close to the gate that says Muse on it and you can park at any Retail Parking.
