Facilitate balance and wholeness in the body, mind, and spirit. A trained acu-detox specialist will place five, tiny, sterile acupuncture pins of the finest filament steel available in each ear. Pins will be left in for the duration of the sound bath.
Sound healing is the therapeutic use of sound to promote healing and growth within the body, mind, and soul. In this group session, the sound practitioner intentionally crafts a deeply relaxing sound experience using instruments such as singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, and the voice as well as incorporating focused breathing and guided visualization to support the participant in letting go of mental chatter and connecting to the quiet awareness within.
We have yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows available but feel free to bring your own pillow and water. Wear comfy clothes.
