Hello Everyone! I just wanted to put out there that my Partner and I have teamed up with West Coast Hot Yoga to do a Kundalini yoga and Sound Bath events once per month. We will be hosting our first event there this Sunday November 9th at 6:30 - 8:30pm. 1 hour of yoga, 1 hour of Sound Bath. We would love to meet some new people and facilitate this beautiful experience for you all!
