Join us for a deeply nourishing evening at Still Collective, where herbalist April Punsalan and sound practitioner Liz Ramirez come together for a unique Tea Ceremony + Sound Bath experience.
We begin with April’s intentional tea ceremony, featuring medicinal native herbs chosen to open the heart, calm the nervous system, and ground the body. As you sip, the warm botanicals support digestion, ease stress, and prepare your mind for deeper relaxation.
You’ll then transition into a restorative sound bath led by Liz. Using crystal bowls, chimes, and harmonic frequencies, the session helps release stored tension, balance the nervous system, enhance mental clarity, and bring the body into a state of true rest and reset.
