About this Event
In this workshop you will be introduced to different types of energy healing modalities and basics of sound therapy. There will also be opportunities to practice giving and receiving Reiki to feel the flow of reiki energy. You will also be learning about the history of sound healing and practice playing with the crystal sound bowls. There will be a short sound Bath session to conclude our workshop!
The Reiki energy healing introduction workshop provides participants with a foundational understanding of Reiki principles and techniques. Attendees learn about the history and origins of Reiki, its principles, and how energy flows within the body. Practical sessions include basic techniques for channeling and transferring Reiki energy to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. The workshop emphasizes the importance of intention, mindfulness, and the role of the practitioner in facilitating healing energy. Overall, it aims to introduce participants to the transformative potential of Reiki healing.
In collaboration with Dr. Bryan Drain, a Naturopathic Doctor at Regenerative Wellness, we are combining the principles of naturopathy with energy healing to support holistic health. Dr. Drain's mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health by addressing the root causes of illness, focusing on prevention, and using natural remedies. Regenerative Wellness emphasizes a personalized approach to healing, using advanced diagnostic tools and therapies to regenerate the body’s innate capacity for health and vitality.
