In the beginning, Zuzana of Hummingbird Qigong will be guided through gentle Qigong movements, focusing on harmonizing your body’s energy and calming your mind. As you connect with your breath and move with intention, you will experience a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace.
Following the Qigong practice, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath, where healing frequencies will wash over you, releasing tension and enhancing your body’s natural healing processes. Ali of Vibrational Sound Baths will use different instruments, gongs, crystal and tibetan bowls, rain stick, rain drum and chimes to make this evening magical.
The combination of movement and sound will help you achieve a deeper state of relaxation and clarity, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
