Come join us for a relaxing evening at St Agnes MMI - The Miners & Mechanics' Institute on November 30 at 7:30 pm. This unique sound bath is hosted by professional musician and meditation enthuisiast Luke Spurrell.

Luke will guide you into a deep and restorative meditation using traditional healing instruments over a bed of beautiful ambient guitar and voice.
