Sunday November 16th 5:30 - 6:30 PMWe will begin with a guided meditation to open your senses and awaken your creative energy. As the soothing waves of sound wash over you, allow your body to soften and your intuition to guide your hand. Participants are invited to be seated or laying on the floor (pillows are provided for comfort) as we invite you to freely draw, paint, or color as you flow with the sounds and sensations in your body.
No Experience needed! There is no right or wrong way to create, only your authentic expression in the moment. Come as you are, release expectations, and let the sounds move through you in color and form.
All materials will be provided.
