This nurturing class includes yin/restorative poses surrounded by healing sound bowls, followed by an extended Savasana with guided meditation and optional chanting.
Led by gifted instructors Linda and Jade this experience is designed to help you release tension and leave feeling calm, balanced, and renewed.
