What is integral sound healing?

Integral sound healing is a powerful process which balances the body, mind and spirit of an individual through sound and vibration. This non-invasive process is intended to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

What is Cacao ceremony?

In a cacao ceremony, people gather as a group and use the cacao bean to promote spirituality, healing, and communication. Ceremonial-grade cacao is consumed as a warm, bitter beverage as participants make specific intentions. By opening a channel of communication between you and the spiritual powers, the ceremony forms a partnership that will help you manifest your intention and outcome(s). Communities use the ceremony to welcome in new cycles and help navigate change. Originating from ancient Mayan and Aztec customs, it has become more well-known in the present era due to its capacity to foster mindfulness and individual development.

How to Prepare: Empty stomach (water is ok) at least 3 hours before the ceremony
