Join us for a special and rejuvenating evening that harmonizes the power of vibrational sound therapy and acupuncture to promote alignment and healing in your physical, spiritual, and emotional dimensions.
What to Expect:
Acupuncture by Noah Frohlich L.Ac: Noah Frohlich, a skilled practitioner from NE Wellness, will administer acupuncture treatment during the class. Acupuncture involves the precise placement of thin needles at specific points on your body to facilitate balance and wellness. In this class, acupuncture will be used to align your physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies.
Sound Bath with Crystal Quartz Bowls: You will be guided through a deep vibrational sound bath using chakra-tuned crystal quartz sound bowls. These bowls produce resonant frequencies that can activate the hemispheres of your brain and illuminate your energetic system. The vibrational sound bath is designed to work in synergy with acupuncture to harmonize your mind, body, and soul.
Healing Experience: The acupuncture needles used in this session are not just for traditional treatment; they also act as conduits, picking up the healing vibrations created by the sound bowls. What to Bring:
Please come to the class dressed in comfortable clothing.
Bring your favorite blanket for added comfort during the session.
Note that during the sound bath, your hands and feet will need to be exposed for acupuncture needle placement.

Transitions Yoga's Bismarck studio is situated inside the Northbrook Professional Center. To access the studio, enter through door #6, located near Rustic Petals. Look for the sign above the door indicating the studio's location. It is the last door on the left at the end of the hallway.
