As part of Tikkun Farm's 10th Anniversary Celebrationswe invite you to a Sound Bath,
offering you an evening of rest and restoration.
Sound bath healing, or sound therapy, has been practiced for centuries by various cultures to induce a deep state of relaxation, helping to calm the nervous system and reduce the body's stress response.
Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring a pillow or blanket to add additional rest to your experience.
Limit to 20 participants.
