About this Event
Treat yourself to a deeply nourishing sound bath. The class will be held outside surrounded by trees, candles, and fresh air. Relax and listen to crystal bowls, Tibetan bowl, and other healing sounds.
The benefits of Sound Bath:
Helps reduce stress and anxiety
Encourages deep relaxation
Heals increase mental and emotional clarity
It consists of 60 mins of sound from crystal bowls.

Blanket and/or Yoga Mat (Recommend bringing a blanket if you are sensitive to grass)
