Relaxing sound bath in st marks institute, Victoria road, woolston, Southampton SO199DY (on woolston high street next to the Greg’s outlet) .
Come along for some well deserved me time. Enjoy the vibrations of the different instruments, which can bring deep relaxation, reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
Wear warm comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat, warm blanket and pillows and anything that makes you comfy. There are chairs available if you are unable to lay down or you can bring your own.
