Experience the ultimate relaxation with one of our group Sound Bath sessions. Indulge in an enchanting sound journey that will transport you to a state of blissful tranquility.
Immerse yourself in the soothing atmosphere as you lie back and let the soothing waves of sound wash over you, helping you to gently transition into a state of deep relaxation. A perfect way to let go of the stresses of the week. The large group setting means you can come with friends and family to share the experience together, or make new friends and connect with like minded souls.
We will begin with a short guided relaxation to help you let go of any tension in body and mind. Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan Bronze singing bowls, drums and chimes will then be used to produce soothing sounds and healing vibrations that resonate deep within your body.
In this deeply relaxed state, your own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring you back into optimal alignment, enhancing overall health and wellbeing. Each gentle note will melt away stress, tension, and worries, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed.
To make yourself as comfortable as possible you may like to bring a mat, blanket and a pillow or cushion with you. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended as well as a nice warm cosy layer and socks.
This practice can be done lying on the floor on a mat or seated in a chair depending on your own requirements. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or if you don't have your own get in touch to let me know and this can be provided.
Sound Bath sessions are gentle but not suitable for everyone, so please let me know before the session if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, pacemaker or recent bone fracture. If you're unsure please reach out.
