This immersive sound bath invites you to lie back and relax as resonant vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drums, and other sacred instruments gently guide you into a meditative state of deep relaxation and awareness.
Through intentional sound frequencies, you’ll experience energetic realignment as stress, tension, and blockages are released, allowing your natural flow of energy to be restored. This holistic sound healing journey also explores the profound connection between sound and the inner landscape—supporting chakra harmony, intention setting, emotional release, and overall wellness.
What to Expect:
