Join the lovely Bev to enjoy a unique experience of guided relaxation with a live sound bath. Deep, therapeutic relaxation with the healing benefits of healing sound.Wear warm, comfortable clothes and bring a pillow with you. We have lots of props for everyone but if you have your own yoga mat and an extra cushion you'll be even comfier.
After the sound bath, we will have time to chat & ask any questions about the instruments.
Total cost is £18, £8 to book and £10 to Bev on the night.
