The sound bath is an inward meditative journey while you're enveloped in ambient sound. The harmonic notes at varying frequencies and vibrations wash over your body calming your nervous system and restoring emotional balance.Music, sound and vibration have been used for its therapeutic healing effects for thousands of years. Studies haven proven that sound therapy can lower blood pressure, decrease pulse rate and assist in restoring the parasympathetic nervous system.
The sounds are created from a wide range of instruments with different frequencies including: 7 crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, 528Hz pipe, wind percussion chimes, a crystal pyramid, a gong and Tibetan tingsha cymbals.

AGE: 12 and up; persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must be quiet and respectful

WHAT WE PROVIDE: each person will have the use of 1 thick yoga mat, 1 blanket, and 1 small pillow; there are 2 meditation cushions available if you prefer to sit; we also have eye pillows and a limited supply of knee bolsters (IF YOU STRUGGLE TO LIE ON YOUR BACK PLEASE CONTACT US ABOUT OTHER OPTIONS)
