Please arrive at 5.50pm to allow time to get comfortable. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort. Should you be unable to attend your session that you have booked please give 48hrs notice prior and the funds will be transferred to the next session. Failure to notify will result in no refund or transfer.
Please note it is advisable not to attend during pregnancy, have a pacemaker or if you suffer from epilepsy. Hearing aids must be removed prior to the Sound Bath.
